Motion:  North East Vice President Daren Dillinger be sanctioned (By-laws Art V.6.) by the FCA Board:

In response to Daren Dillinger's constant and repeated disruptive and personal attacks on several Board members (as evidenced by his e-mails of 1/4/09, 1/5/09 and 6/7/09, among others) even after being repeatedly requested to desist, Daren Dillinger is to be expelled from the current FCA Board and he is to be ineligible to participate as a candidate for or occupant of any position on the FCA Board for the 2009 and 2010 terms inclusive.  Daren may compete for any position for which he is eligible in the 2011 FCA elections.

NOTE:  This motion requires a 2/3 majority with a minimum of 7 decisive (yea or nay) votes.
