Rule One : If the aggressor who has the Rook wishes to win he must keep the defense

                  from getting his King into the Corner opposite the color of his Bishop.
 
                                        Critical Elements to Win
1 Drive the defensive King to the rim of the board

2 Keep Defensive King out of what Averbach calls the "non dangerous Corner"

3 Use multiple threats of mate and pressure on the Bishop to win the Bishop.

4 With Aggressor King establish opposition with defensive King.
