Okay, we have two motions made and seconded.  They are as follows:

Motion 1:  to suspend the bylaws procdures dealing with the due date of bids
for the 2010 Florida State Championship.  (requires a 2/3 vote - 10 votes -
for passage).

Motion 2:  (to be effective only if Motion 1 passes) to accept the CFCC's
bid previously submitted for the 2009 Florida State Championship as a bid
for the 2010 Florida State Championship, the detals of said bid contained in
previous emails.  (requires a simple majority to pass - 8 votes)

With unanimous consent, we will dispense with discussion and proceed to
voting. Please remember to vote on both motions.

by a vote of 11 in favor, none against, three not voting, the portion of the
bylaws that deal with the date of acceptance of bids for the 2010 Florida
State Championshp has been suspended, and the bid by the CFCC to host the
2010 event is accepted.

motion 1 - suspend bylaws re 2010 bidding - needs 2/3 (10): YES: chuck,
gary, harvey, willard, daren, paul, andrew, mike, robert, joe, jon

motion 2 - accept cfcc bid for 2010 - needs 7 plus passage of motion 1):
