Subject: Re: 2009 FL State Championship

I first want to praise Harvey and the CFCC for stepping up when it seemed
like we needed an emergency bid, and for gracefully stepping aside when the
south's bid came through.  I call for a vote on the bid from blas lugo and
MICA to combine the 2009 florida state championsip with the 2009 miami open
as set forth below.  Vote yes to approve the bid.  Vote no (or don't vote)
if you don't approve.  It needs eight votes (a simple majority) to be
approved.
